My partner had an alarm installed by this company. A simple bell alarm system. For years, they have had it tied to an engineer code. I have since learned this should not have happened. This is for monitored alarms only. The used this locked in code system to take money from me for years. Shocking behaviour. Con artist behaviour. DONT USE THEM! EDITED FOR RESPONSE.
Give me one reason why you installed the anticode on a "bells" only system. I asked a few alarm engineers and they all said there is no reason other than to make money from keeping me trapped. I called on Friday to say I had an anticode (which is tied to you) and she said and I quote " you dont have a service agreement with us and so we cant help. you would need to book an engineer".
This means whenever anything happens on this alarm, I am forced to call you and you charge me. this was never a service contract! EVER! I have invoices from where you sent a member of your team to change batteries on sensors because of the anticode. I should have been able to replace my own batteries and reset the system and you know that. you charged me 150+ to change some batteries.
The batteries cost about 10 in total on amazon! I can scan all the invoices you have charged me over the years and put them on this review. BUT, honestly, why would I lie? Why would I take the time to write this review, If I didnt feel that I had been completely misled by you and your company, and that I wanted to protect other people from you. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, JUST CALL ANOTHER COMPANY AND ASK THEM ABOUT THIS AND THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE ANSWER YOU NEED!
