Dear all, I write to you to let you all know how outrageous the service provided by your staff was. I arrived at the event at 12.45 pm, over an hour before the game started. It was already relatively busy, but no too bad. I sat down while keeping seats for my friends. At 1.45 pm, they arrived, left their bags with me and went to grab some food. At this stage, no one told us that they would not be able to come back without queuing up.
It was never clear. So, when they were ready to come back at 2 pm, there now was a massive queue of up to 50 people, with a one-out, one-in policy. Obviously, the queue was never going to move within the opening hour, at least. My point is the following. When we tried to explain our case to your members of staff, they would not listen to our arguments.
They started to shout at us, being extremely rude and stubborn. It was something, really! So, here we were, me and a 10-year-old girl, separated from her mum and not being able to be reunited, although I had been on site for about an hour-and-a-half by that time. I'm afraid there is no word to describe your service. In terms of specifics, I can only attempt to give you the description of one of your worst members of staff: Number 930 (I think), and his name being potentially Huari.
Please see the attached word document for your own benefit. I suggest you up your game. We still feel very strongly about yesterday's experience and very angry about it all. What should have been a lovely day turned really sour. In conclusion, your company's handling of this event was a total shambles and shameful. Disgusting. By the way, do not think we are the only ones having had a really bad experience with your "services".

PS1: I'm well aware that this email will have no effect whatsoever on your present and future services provided, but I do it in order to feel a whee bit better with myself and as a matter of principles. PS2: Your company does not even deserve one star, but a "0" rating is unfortunately not possible.

Poor management as being self employed and will deprived you from basic facilities such water and oven or sitting place and having said if you raise your concerns even in polite manners, will cost you Job and ignorance from management and best advice is that if you want work as a slave and if you know little bit about Law and your rights then you better keep your mouth shut as this company doesn't like humans who can talk. I hope this little paragraph will help you to stop wasting your time with them.

I'll always be grateful to this security company for the professional way in which our young daughter was re united with my wife and I at WinterWonderland, after have become accidentally parted. The lady and young Polish chap involved were so professional, kind and managed to assure and calm my distraught wife at a very distressing time for us.
