I just broke my key at 2:30pm on Saturday 23-4-2022 and called My LondonLockSmiths, they quoted me 49, but when a staff Dani came to tell me there was a Holiday Surcharge at 3pm on Saturday! Finally opened the door for me, and charge me 471.6! It is 10 times more expensive than the quotation! Invoice No: 31235

Stupidly left my keys in the front door and then they were gone! I don't usually leave reviews, but have received such an amazing service on this occasion that I am taking the time. Enquiry made and lock replaced all within the hour, I'm not kidding! Alan was very helpful, speedy and professional. Reasonably priced service too for central London. Would recommend any day and use again. Thank you. Sounds sad, but my new lock makes me smile every time I use it :

I had a broken front door lock. I am a lady of mature years and was a little nervous of who might come and also worried about the cost. I am very pleased with the service provided. Alan is a fine man, and I felt at ease with him almost immediately. He worked quickly and efficiently and my front door was secure within minutes. Regarding the cost, by London standards I'd say it was very fair. Thank you.

We called London Locksmiths Ltd on the 29th September, needing the lock for our front door changed quite urgently. They were prompt, giving us a quote within five minutes and able to come out within 20 minutes. We couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they fitted a new lock for our door, and how reasonable the service was too - especially so last minute. There were no surprise costs or hidden fees, no waffling and no nonsense! The locksmith was professional and personable. Would definitely use again.
