Terrible service, takes them hours to show up when called. On 2 ocassions alarms have been faulty and they have been called. Took over 3 hours to arrive. Still not fixed. Will not recommend. Dear James Thanks for your prompt online response. A shame actual responses are not as quick. I have been told by your out of office you open at 8.30 and hence expecting a call back. Alarm has been going off since 5am!only to be told your engineer is not picking upup. Not impressed

We have used Pyrotec for years and years, always kind and polite engineers attend to service our fire equipment the office admin are great. I'd whole hartidly recommend them to anyone that is serious about their fire safety.

Pyrotec are a very unprofessional, shoddy lot. Stay away from them. They are disorganized, dishonest, and threaten customers. There are many other suppliers of similar services in Sussex.
