Kingpin can be fitted with an EXTENDED BOLT SHOOT. This ensures that the release handle is kept at a manageable height, whilst the door is secured at the head of the frame, the floor or both (we call the last option a Tandem Pair). Occasionally it is necassary to control access to an internal door that is a fire exit route in both directions.
