THEY CUT CORNERS WITH THERE WORK, THERE STAFF TOLD MY FRIEND. THEY SEND ELDERLY PEOPLE DEMANDING LETTERS FOR SERVICE FEES THEY HAD CANCELLED THERE CONTRACT. THEY HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THE ALARM EVERY YEARLY SERVICE ON YOUR BURGLAR AND FIRE ALARM SHOULD HAVE A NEW BATTERY WITH IT DATED FOR THAT YEAR. THIS WAS NOT DONE.THE PANELS ARE OLD TECHNOLOGY. WE WENT WITH ADT, HALF THE PRICE.

I can not recommend GCS highly enough. Their service has been fantastic from phone conversations right through to quote and installation. We already had an intruder alarm system with ADT but were not happy with their service at all. After a particularly bad run of customer service we decided to get a new system installed. From the start Paul went out of his way to help. So happy to have switched to such a great company
