A huge 5 stars from us! I rang to speak to someone yesterday regarding our air conditioning units as they seemed to have suddenly lost all power. I got through to the lovely Lee who came out within 2 hours to look at our air conditioning units, Lee was really informative and gave us some brilliant advice on how to maintain our units. We will definitely be using I-HT moving forward. Thank you!

From my initial visit from Lee to the follow up call after my install, this company is amazing. I deal with alot of contractors and its so nice that this is a company that has not lost its family, I can do, ethos, that alot of the bigger companies have. The 2 x engineers that installed my 2 units, could not have been more helpful. They sheeted up and left their work areas imaculate and their quality of work is nothing but a credit to the company they work for. I cannot rate these guys and this company enough and will be recommending them to everyone in the future.

Very good service from I-HT, no pressure initial quotation and site survey performed very quickly. Installed our air-conditioning system in one day without any fuss, installers were very professional didn't cause any issues for me and cleaned up after themselves. I would be happy to recommend I-HT to anyone.

Very pleased with the two aircon units I purchased from I-HT. Lee was very friendly when he came out to do the survey of where the units would go and answered all my questions. The installation went very quick and without issue, the guys doing the work were polite and respectful and cleaned up everything once completed. Great work by a great company. A++

After many very uncomfortable night's sleep, my husband and I decided now would be a good as time as any to invest in Air Conditioning for our bedroom and our daughters bedroom which also lies on the south facing elevation of our home. Even from the initial contact with I-HT through to the visit with Lee for him to measure up to look at the most suitable solution to meet with our requirements, we found both Lee and the company I-HT very courteous and professional to deal with. I-HT came back to us the same day with a quotation that met with our budget and offered a solution that certainly met with our requirements.

The 2 engineers Jim and Olly arrived exactly on time as indicated and could not have been tidier or more professional in their work if they tried, they are both a real credit to I-HT. We would wholly recommend speaking with I-HT if you are considering having air conditioning installed in your home or business any time soon.

Excellent company. From Lee who carried out the survey to Jim the installation engineer and the admin staff in between, all were very professional and supportive. The installation was tip-top and hardly knew that any work was being carried out, no disruption at all, it was that efficient and importantly very cost effective. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We've had 2 x 4 way multisplit systems installed at our house so 8 rooms in total with a variety of different unit types and locations. Everything from the original estimation, pre install survey through the the installation itself and the follow up care has been exemplary. In addition they also happened to be the most reasonably priced, all in all I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and only wish every company had the same level of service. Just brilliant!
