His vast experience and knowledge of security and crime issues stem from the many years spent in the Police Force where he was Detective Sergeant.
Panther Security has been trading for over 30 years, is Trading Standards approved and accredited with a Gold certificate of approval by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI). We have experience in a wide range of systems within all types of premises. We maintain security in homes and commercial premises right through to much larger and more complex premises, such as schools, colleges, stadiums, sport centres and hospitals. We can also arrange for your Intruder Alarm or CCTV to be monitored by an NSI approved monitoring station.
Although Panther's core market can be considered to be the A12 corridor through Essex and Suffolk, major contracts with national companies take them throughout the UK. For example, Panther has been employed by the David Wilson Homes and Spicer Haart to fit systems across the UK. Wimpey Homes retains Panther's services for NE/SE London, Essex and Suffolk.

We have been customers of Panther Security for several years. From the day of the initial installation onwards, we have been more than happy with this local company. Our service visits have always been carried out in a very professional manner and Allan, who carried out the last check, is a credit to the company. Our Visonic wireless alarm system has been 100% reliable and I will look no further than Panther when the system needs an eventual upgrade.

We have been with Panther Security for 7 years. During that time we have always found their services to be punctual and professional. We have had to call them out on several occasions and their response has always been very prompt. The alarm system is serviced once a year and once again is always carried out in a professional manner. Our recent service was carried out last week and Reece who did the service was very polite, friendly and carried out the service in a confident efficient manner. Very helpful team & professional. All the engineers involved in the whole process were friendly & informative. Terry responded to all of my queries through-out, listened to our priorities & reassured us about rectifying any issues which crops up in future as quickly & effectively as possible. The initial installation took almost 6 hrs & special thanks to Reece for his diligence & patience. Did have unexpected faults of the alarm system after the installation & on both occasions the Panther team were good in sorting out the issues soon. Panther recently upgrade our 30 year old intruder alarm. Not an easy job with up to 100 detectors and spread across 4 tenanted buildings all interlinked. The team from pre-sales to post installation have been awesome. The engineers are some of the most professional and courteous we have had on site. We cannot rate Panther Security highly enough. A very efficient service at a reasonable price. Terry attended very promptly after our initial call and was very helpful in identifying the type of system we required. He was not at all pushy and, once we agreed to have ther alarm, he quickly arranged for the system to be installed. The engineer Rhys that attended and installed the system was extremely competent and personable.
He went out of his way to take time to explain how the system worked and the follow up support that would be available should we need it. I would strongly recommend this company.

Big thumbs up to Panther Security. Their engineer Tom done a fantastic job with our install. Polite, tidy, knowledgeable, I don't know what else you could ask for really. Tom really is a credit to Panther, and in fact my 2 young boys were waiting for him on the doorstep dancing and singing "Tom is the best, Tom is the best, Tom is the best." (I think they have put Tom off the idea of children for a while) great service from start to finish from all involved

We called Panther after a power cut to try and sort out an alarm that was going off and we could not stop. The team came round within 30 mins on a weekend and had the problem sorted in a very short time. Their knowledge was first class and not only did they stop the alarm but set it up and resolved a couple of faults that we didn't even know about. Seemed they went way above and beyond what they could have done so hugely impressed. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using them for an upgrade to our system in the near future.
