Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. When I moved to a new home I contacted this company to get a quote. They tried to blackmail me into signing a contract. No excuse for this kind of behaviour. Terrible owner. Please don't use! Reply to Owner: We both know what really happened. It is how you carry out business. If anyone reading this is thinking of using this company, please don't!

I just want to thank the team for their prompt and attentive service. We've had our alarm from Absolute Security for a number of years now. With a recent extension to the property we needed to reconfigure the security arrangements several times during the construction phase. The team always dealt with our questions and requirements promptly and professionally. Their security knowledge and expertise was a great help.

Unfortunately have to share a very bad experience. Absolute Security installed an alarm at a house I have just purchased, and while doing some work I disturbed an alarm cable. This triggered the alarm, and putting in the code wasn't enough to prevent it subsequently going off again. it needed the engineers' code to reset it which they had. I rang the helpline and was told that because I didn't have an active contract with them, there was nothing they could do, despite it being 10:30pm at night and I was about to leave the house as it was empty.

I even offered to pay, but they refused to offer anything. After a lot of persistence, I was passed to an engineer who told me I could leave the alarm and it wouldn't go off again. It subsequently went off at 3am and 5am, waking my neighbour who had to come round and turn if off each time. Bear this in mind before taking out any contract with them.

I unfortunately worked for them back in 2005 as an Installation Supervisor but we came to the conclusion after 4 Months I was too qualified, experienced and expensive for them to retain me as they were extremely poor payers but willing to sacrifice the staff quality. The company had just moved from a small and dull retail unit to a decent size industrial unit which obviously overstretched them financially.

Their turnover was approaching 1M but focused mainly on low margin alarm systems rather than high margin fully integrated systems. Unknown to them, I have a lot of contacts in this industry having spent 25 years working up from starting as a trainee engineer to becoming a large portfolio technical systems sales account manager with a sales pipeline of loyal clients in excess of 2M per year.

I also hold a Higher National Certificate in engineering which is vary rare in the industry as it seems to be full of the dull unqualified. The swift move away from them paid off very quickly as I saw my income increase 2 1/2 times within 4 years looking after high end systems for blue chip clients in London and Canary Wharf rather than walking in to 3 bed semi's with pathetic alarms installed by morons.
