The Lock Centre has an installed base of over 650 alarm systems in both domestic and industrial premises which have all been certified to NACOSS standards. Operating from its fully equipped shop and control centre in the High Street, the Lock Centre has provided a full 24 hour locksmith and security service to customers in the area for over 15 years using the familiar blue vans, each of which is fitted with a mobile telephone.

I would not recommend city talk there very slow to sort out problems have been charging me for months for services we do not have very high charges for a bad service avoid at all costs They will not even explain why there charging you extra we are now on week 2 phone lines down does not stop them charging me 95 pounds line rental and for 13 pounds cloud services on are analogue phone line please avoid at all costs

We like the team at Citytalk. Good, honest professional service, and excellent support from start to finish. Highly recommend any mid-sized business switching their phone system and services to their capable care. We have been more than impressed thus far. System was installed quickly (multi-site), internet speed has improved, and above all, we are saving literally hundreds of pounds based on the first six months billing. Keep up the excellent work.

We installed a system 18 months ago and are still waiting for the system to fully work as promised. If we complain enough (ie phone a director multiple times) we are promised solutions within a time frame but ultimately nothing happens and we have to keep repeating the process. The information they provide is poor, the customer service is poor and the support team are overworked and take a long time to respond.

If I could give 0 stars that would be to many. On several occasions the out of hours answering system has failed. Never have we had an explanation as to why and the the nature of our business we have to be able to support our customers 24/7. The company we used prior to switching to city talk we never had a problem. If appears Citytalk are food at overpromising and underdelivering.
Over this weekend there system failing has cost our company one of our largest clients as they have not been able to contact the on call engineer when they had a fault on there fire alarm system. To say I am disappointed is an understatement and we will now be seeking legal advice as there failings should not be unpunished.

Citytalk helped our business move in January this year from one large site to several smaller ones, offering us a competitively priced system that offered us seamless connectivity between all of our offices. Not CityTalk's fault but the road was not 100% smooth however they did everything they could to keep downtime to an insignificant minimum. Support has been second to none (it's great to be able to pick up the phone and speak to a human being almost immediately!) and we would not hesitate to recommend their Sevices going forwards.
