Extremely helpful. What we wanted wasn't in the shop but security related, so the lady phoned the guy who deals with that side of the business. He knew what we needed, told where in the office she would find one. All this for a 70p sale. Couldn't ask for more. Plus it's a fantastic shop household/ hardware items, they have so much. Well worth a visit.

Advised of the issue no less than five times and Russel went ahead and replaced a part that was fully working before and after which proclaiming it's "fixed". After advising on the issue yet again which still remains after replacing a part unnecessarily. They proceeded to leave.

Never had any trouble. Russell sorts out my locks and the lads do my electrics. Nothing is too much hassle they turn up get the job done and then off they go. How it should be done
