The engineers sent out to complete the work were great. They were considerate of what we needed in regards to completing certain areas first to allow us to work and their workmanship was fab! The work they have completed really fits into the business and the end result is better than I could have imagined. We used SES on our old unit and were very happy so had them install a full CCTV system when we moved premises late last year. We recently had an issue with our CCTV DVR so SES sent out an engineer for free to configure a courtesy DVR while ours was sent off for repair. Great service!

Awful. Left with an alarm system we can never use as despite repeated requests will never give us instructions. They come out and give only very basic help, engineers respond with "dunno, not my area" to almost every question. Totally ignored our requirements and just installed the thing they like to shift. Total waste of a lot of money
