A chap by the name of Terry came from your firm this morning (30th July 2019)to fix my Intercom buzzer. He was so polite, courteous and had the job done in next to no time. I'm a 65 year old disabled man and vulnerable and if i'm not able to hear who is at my door, i can't let them in as i'm gullible. Now i feel secure and will not let unscrupulous people into my home.
