Having recently upgraded my CCTV cameras using a CCTV installer, I was looking to upgrade my CCTV DVR myself (to save cost and learn something new). As I knew that my previous DVR had been bought from CCTV Direct by the CCTV installer, I had no hesitation in contacting them for advice and guidance about the upgrade. Indeed I had used them previously for a technical problem when I changed my broadband supplier - and that was resolved very quickly indeed.

I am not particularly a CCTV expert, but I am able to give anything technical a try. James Coleyshaw has been superb. From my initial enquiry as to what type of DVR would be best, through to the delivery which happened in less than 24 hrs, and then help in setting up the DVR - it has been a seamless process. James was able to connect to my CCTV DVR through my desktop, and within minutes, I was back online.

All the necessary changes were made. When I purchased the DVR, I received a three year guarantee giving me total piece of mind on the kit. I would highly recommend CCTV Direct, and James Coleyshaw in particular.

Fantastic service! I wanted some advise about an alarm system and I had so many questions about the product from the different features to the accessories that go with the product and lovely Jo Shaw answered them all, her knowledge is very good and I felt reassured. Jo even sent me an email with her details incase I have any problems with any technical issues when setting up the alarm system when it arrives.

You wouldn't often find this kind of service in most places and I was also quoted the alarm system at a very good price compered to other competitors. I am so happy and can't wait for the delivery.

1st impressions are very good. They have a nice selection of equipment and an impressive display showing the quality of the cameras and how the DVR's and other kit works. Ron gave us lots of advice. He was friendly, likeable and has a good level of knowledge and a great approach to finding the best solution for your needs. I'm yet to make a purchase so I will update this review once I have. As I said at the beginning, based on first impressions I would recommend them to others.
