I was stunned at the quality of Jacksons product. it was first class. Forget the negative reviews the stuff it top class in every way. If i have a grumble it is that they are not geared towards home delivery. but having said that you WILLNEED TWO PEOPLE TO CARRY THE STUFF. IT IS REALLY HEAVYWEIGHT

Delivered on the agreed date. Incredibly high quality, we had the horizontal tongue and groove with wood posts and capping rails. We fitted a separate trellis from contemporary fencing that went into the wood slots under the capping rails. Neighbours to the side love it and we've even had compliments from the flats behind, which was a nice surprise.

I am more than dissapointed with their service. Gate arrived without ironmongery. After few calls and emails I've recived part of them. I already trying to get the rest over 3 weeks. I call them and email every 3 days. Always get the same answer 'Do not worry I am sending it now'. It causes delay with the whole project. I do not reccomend at all. Spend few thousands and I can not even place the gate because of missing hinges. ############## Update: I have gotten huge pack with parts, which I did not need.

It is not envirement friendly, esspecialy that I marked and sent pictures what i need. Anyway I did not get enough bars which I asked (4 insdead of 6), after more emails and calls I've gotten a message that it was sent 'next day delivery' but it can take up to 3 days to be here. It is really unfunny joke.

They've lovely Looking products on their website and I was ready to order over 1000's worth of materials but when asked when we could expect delivery I was flat out told "we don't know. No one will know until the day before when they'll call you" I asked if they could speak with their transport team to get even a rough idea (I work on sites so need to keep things ticking over and organised) the transport team then flatly responded "don't know" followed by "if you want it on a specific day then it's an extra 200." Poor service and I certainly won't be spending money with them in future.
