You have left one of your systems installed on my property that previous owners paid a subscription for. The alarms keep going off and you refuse to remove your equipment without charging me to collect your equipment. Why should I pay for you to remove your equipment you leased to a previous owner? I have kindly removed the system and will send on an invoice for my services.

I decided to go with IMMS after having a look around edinburgh for alarm company's and found they were the cheapest by far, what a mistake that was! they promised to arrive at my house for 8:30 they never showed up till 9:45 I questioned the engineer about this and he said he had to get a roll and coffee. He then proceeded to carry out the install and was very rude when doing so, once the install was finished he didn't brother to clean up his mess and left without showing me how to use the bloody thing! When I contacted David about this he said that's what the manual is for. stay far away from this fraudulent company!

Needed new alarm system upgrade for a detached house and looked around a few suppliers. A number of great reviews posted so we called them out. They came, assessed house, gave us some options for installation and a range of prices. Chose to go with them. great installations, worked quickly and cleared up any mess. After service has also been impeccable. Highly recommended.

PLEASE DONT USE THEM Imms is a terrible company. I had a previous retail outlet at 261 morningside road that was installed with an alarm from this company. I had to cancel this after disagreeing with Davids dad about charges. He started charging me 20 for each visit because the alarm was making too many false calls. He kept saying your phone line has a fault so you have to pay.
This was not the case so I changed my alarm company. I then opened another outlet later on in 2010 in Dalkeith and one of my friends recommended their company to me. I realised it was same company I had previously had problems with and told my friend. The company then told my friend it won't happen again we look after our customers as we are running a big company.
He then did apologise to me about what happened in past. My Dalkeith store was broke into in December 2018. I phoned to him tell David some one broke In. The burglar was in the store more then 10 min and why was the police not there. The Police station Is only 2 min away from my store. He sent one of his engineers. He diagnosed that the panel for alarm was faulty and they had not installed buzzer out side.
I told David what engineer had said about panel can you please email me about the alarm and mention what engineer said and give a reason for the police not arriving. He told me that the thief had cut the phone line and that's the reason police never came. I said to him we have cctv footage and the burglar never cut a phone line. After numerous messages to him he replied and his shows me his aggressiveness He said we r very busy and after a week he will send the same engineer to fix the alarm.
The engineer when he came to premises clearly stated it's IMMS company responsibility to check if your Panel was faulty company they should know this and the should fix ASAP. Luckily I have everything to prove what he said about IMMS. There is a conflict what engineer said to me and what David said to me by emailing me. He kept saying to me this is a professional email I am sending you.
Which is why changed his statement and said your phone line is faulty that why police never come. There was nothing at fault in the phone line. I have started a civil case against him. The only reason I am putting this up here is because of current situation in the country. Everything is shutdown. But it would be easy for thieves to go about business so please don't trust a company like that. Imms they never visit to check if your alarm is working or not.
Never have yearly visits. Even when we needed them they never came on the same day. There is always delays. The service I paid for I never got. Since This incident I have moved with another company. They keep me informed on a daily basis about alarm. Do not trust a company like that Those who don't even care after some one has robbed you.

We have had alarm and security systems fitted by David and his Team at IMMS for the last few years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism and advice along with the quality of their systems are second to none. We recently had an attempted break in and the police commented that the alarm system is what deterred the would be thieves from proceeding further. David was fantastic after this, offering brilliant aftercare and reassurance. I have recommended IMMS to my friends and neighbours who have had the system installed and been equally satisfied.
