I would like to take this opportunity to post the fantastic service I received from Dominic of Codelocks and his engineer the other week, basically I had an issue with one of the their digital locks, so I took it directly back to them to get their help and advice as they were local. Dominic couldn't be more helpful, nothing seemed to be a problem for him.

He looked it over and decided it had a fault so he took it straight to an engineer that sorted it out in minutes whilst I waited outside, totally exceeded my expectations and I will certainly be buying their locks in the future, well done, brilliant customer service.

Buy with confidence excellent products don't be fooled by cheap copies I've had mine for 15yrs they just re furbished it free of charge by return post. Refreshing honest company with impeccable standards. THANKYOU AGAIN

We've codelocks throughout the studio complex. First issue after 10 years - and one phone call and the lady I spoke to carefully walked through the issue until resolution - offering further support should it be required. THIS is an example of an excellent company.

Outstanding customer service I emailed Codelocks to find out about purchasing a replacement strike plate that I had lost. My own stupid fault. I was emailed back the next day by the customer services manager who offered to send me one, free of charge, first class post the next day. Wow! It's only a little thing, but I was very impressed. They didn't have to do that and they could have charged me. Instead they sent me one, free, and I can't praise their service enough. Well done Codelocks.

I am so impressed with my customer service experience, I rang to ask advice on a lock that i had brought and was i struggling to fit (my door is unusually wide).
