In 1965 Giuseppe Manini, then a building contractor, noticed the gates of blocks of flats were always left open. You needed to get out of the car to open them, but no-one ever went back to close them afterwards. In keeping with the great inventors that preceded him, Manini crafts little masterpieces of hydraulic technology himself.

We purchased 2 FAAC products 640,40 in June 2019 and the passing of a family member prevented us to proceed installing gates in November. And in June this year after the Covid pandemic we asked is we could return the products, which we bought via Electric Gate Store (super company). "They would see what could be done" and eventually turned us down with the words "you want us to scrap it for you" We just sold it to very greatful gate builders company 450,-. That is FAAC for you, arrogant and little sympathy and want to be rewarded for it!

Terrible service, I had the receiver board missing from my delivery that I hadn't realised within the week specified (unbeknown to me) I let TLC know one week later where they got straight onto yourselves. Suzy I thought was rude initially when she called to confirm what was missing. Made me feel as though I was trying to con you out of a part that I wouldn't possibly need two of, not to mention not wasting my time trying to get another part.
I'd not recommend yourselves which is a shame because the quality of the kit looks to be good. I was planning on buying a garage opening kit which I think I will source elsewhere because of how FAAC have handled this. I couldn't imagine how awful any warranty claim would be to handle if this is how a missing part is handled. Quite disappointing really.
