Hello, I cannot believe waiting months for my course, I cannot get a refund and have to pay more money, Do not trust this company. They don't even know when you are booked in etc. Very poor service, please don't be another member of the public to lose 400 odd pounds.

Helped me thourgh CCTV PUBLIC SERVICES LEVEL 2, also got me through a different company provider to do my Close protection Level 3. First aid level 3. They also helped me thourgh the courses as I had learning difficulties e.g dyslexia and dyspraxia but they helped me through it and let me take re sits for free. If u have issues with dyslexia and dyspraxia this is the best place the helped me through it thanks guys once again.

What can I say? Rob the trainer, brilliant, excellent delivery skills I highly recommend this training company for all your security qualifications.

TFS is a great company. My instructor, Rob, is very thorough and skilled at his job. You can tell by how he trains and teaches individuals, he cares about them understanding the task at hand. The other instructor I had the pleasure of meeting is Brahima. He is also very skilled. These guys took the stress away and made me feel at ease. Would recommend highly.

Do not use training for security I did the full course over three days and on the fourth day had to sit my exams told me had to download a app the app does not work I had the TEC team trying to help me sort it out for me but unfortunately they could not help so I phoned tfs up to let them know they said I could redo the exams I told them I could next Friday told them due to work commitments and holidays could not do I asked for my money back got a emails from them to say I acted unprofessional and have a attitude they told me not to contact them again but get in touch with Reed online the people I paid to do this course they also sent me a wrong email to say I have past TAKE IT FROM ME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Did my CCTV with them it's a lot of info to take in but either way was done very well cheers guys keep up the good work

Absolutely the best course I've been on. I've just completed my ds course this week and all I can say is thank you. The teacher made it fun to learn with his know how and many years experience. Thank you the whole of the TFS team and I will be seeing you all again soon for more courses. Jack
