We had the security system installed 2 years ago. Which we were very happy with. However the customer service has been poor since. Ongoing maintenance costs are excessive. One of the main batteries went dead, they turned up to replace it. No mention of cost then got billed for 125 for a 5 minute job. When we questioned this we were ignored, then sent a final reminder. Service cost are excessive too.
