Absolutely horrible. It sent out alert last night of pending debris flow emergency to people in the wrong language when in the app itself and device is PLAINLY MARKED FOR ENGLISH. find a better app. This one. needs serious serious help and to be fixed. People could die because of y'all grave errors. If it cannot be read it does no good.
