Complete Security Systems was set up by Terry McColl in 2000 to provide and maintain high quality electronic security systems. Terry has been employed in the security Industry for nearly 30 years, and in that time has worked as an installation & service engineer, supervisor, surveyor and Branch Manager, before undertaking this new venture. In July of 2000 he was joined by Len Gooch who has also been employed in the security industry for around 40 years, also working in every aspect of the business, so between them they have accumulated a wealth of knowledge.

CSS connected and updated our outdated security system and wired smoke detectors after we purchased our home. Everything--from the initial contact through the final repairs and installation performed professionally and punctually--with the right personal touch! We're looking forward to being their customers. Would recommend CSS in a heartbeat!

Complete Security Systems installed an alarm in my house 2 1/2 years ago. That alarm was faulty (by no fault of CSS). CSS could've just let it be, I paid in full, and it was over. They did not, instead, they kept sending people in to fix it, free of charge, and eventually decided that it was best for me and them if they just replaced it. They replaced my entire system for no charge, and even credited me back the money for monitoring, giving me a year free!
Their integrity is obvious in this action. I am a very grateful. Satisfied customer! I would like to give a special call out and thank you to Mr. Lance Brooks, and of course Mr. Terry Henmer, you guys are the best! Thank you!

Thank You, Dana Kelly, for making my life a lot easier when it comes to requests for annual fire alarm testing, copies of inspections reports, etc. Dana has a great attitude towards treating us with the highest priority and respect. Happy to have CSS on board with all their employees who are excellent in servicing us and especially Dana Kelly.

While I can't speak for their work, one of their vans was tailgating and high beaming me on 287 (I was doing 70-80) and driving aggressively overall. This is a completely unprofessional representation for the company, especially when the van is theoretically an ad for them. Hopefully they will tell their employees they should be representing the company at all times and not just when they are installing.

I had been a customer for the past 28 years. I recently sold my business and strongly recommended the new owner to continue using this company. I never had one issue concerning the way they conducted business in 28 years and that says a lot! The new owner is continuing with them as well. Thank you for all the years of great service!

We have used Complete Security Systems for the last 16 years. They have provided excellent service throughout. During that time, we have had several repair issues due to an antiquated system and eventually replaced it with a new one. CSS has always been responsive anytime we needed them, even while we were away on vacation. We would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism from the office manager Lillian Murphy. We purchased a home and transferred the contract into our name. Realizing that the system was out dated when they came for a set up. We had a non usable system that when even armed my house only had two doors protected. Being out of my price range to update we opted to cancel the pre paid year contract within 30 days. Took two weeks for an answer and they won't return our money. Rudely explained by Lillian Murphy.

Very questionable customer service. we were 'sold' to this company by a previous company. Never really felt very comfortable by this new company and will change provider soon. June 2018 update. To my regret, my wife convinced me not to change service. Happy wife = happy life, so I stuck with these amateurs. The customer service is non-existent. They were supposed to fix something, came out for a $150 minimum service call, it was broken again same night, asked them to call me, and a month later they still haven't done so, even though there must have been an error message in their system since. Don't waste your money on these folks. Much more sophisticated system are available these days with much better customer service
