They installed four camera recording system. The end results were excellent. When we wanted a change to the final system, they make the change and did not charge any extra! Cannot fault their professionalism. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

I feel the need to inform you all of how delighted my wife and I with the service Trisec has provided us with. Right from the off, the lovely lady on reception (I'm so sorry I didn't take your name down) was incredibly understanding and really wanted to help with our enquiry. One of our sensors was tripping the alarm in the middle of the night, every night, and so my wife called to report the problem.

The receptionist advised that we'd be waiting approximately 10 days for an engineer to visit but would take our contact details down and would be in touch if there were any cancellations before this date. The alarm went off again that night and I contacted the receptionist again to ask if an Engineer could help us turn the faulty sensor off so that we wouldn't be disturbed in the night.

Sure enough less than an hour later, an engineer called and guided us through the process to disable the system so that the alarm wouldn't sound, fantastic news. Two days on we received another call from the receptionist to say that she had somebody available to come and rectify the issue, 7 days before the initial estimated arrival date. We can't thank you enough for what you've done.

During this uncertain period we expected longer waiting times but the service from Trisec and everybody involved has been exceptional. We'll recommend you to anybody! Mr & Mrs Sheppard

Needed an alarm and cctv system after several breaking in the area. Rang three companies, one just wanted to sell me anything, the next was just like a car salesman, plenty of banter but no idea! Mark was fantastic! Loads of knowledge, listened to everything we were wanting and came up with loads of advise. Didn't try and sell me anything more than what was required.

No pressure to buy, just emailed over an extremely detailed quote. We except straight away. Installation was neat, exactly what was needed and we are over the moon. Thanks to all the team - perfect!

Trisec have been looking after my alarm systems for many years now. Naturally, the Covid lockdown was the time selected by my system to throw a 'dicky fit' and reward me with a call from Central Station at 1.00am. I contacted Trisec and the response was a visit from Mark at a speed that would be envied by Road Runner and Wile E Coyote. It turned out to be three faults but all were solved with great ease and I was up and running again within an hour. Excellent service and ability.

Today we had a Home CCTV system fitted by Mark & Connor from Trisec. From the initial site assessment and quotation to the installation being carried out today, everything has been perfect. Both guys treated my house like it was their own, taking great care to carry out a seamless and tidy installation without unsightly wiring.they even went as far as hoovering up afterwards!

I am completely satisfied with the system and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them if you're looking for a state of the art home security system. Very pleased, and you can quote me on that.

Excellent service, phoned with a problem, was put through to a engineer who was extremely helpful. They were not able to sort over the phone but we arranged a visit around my work and got my alarm up and running in no time. Could not fault the service, knowledge or staff. Don't expect any customer service over the phone. Heaven forbid they can be helpful or interested in new business! An absolute disgusting attitude to potential customers.
