We established in 1995 and opened our retail premises in 1996. The shop and workshop was initially used as a base to work from, keeping plenty of stock to allow us to offer a wide range of services. It quickly became the centre of the business after gaining a large customer following including local NHS Trusts, Local councils, Universities, Colleges, Housing associations, Victim support, Schools, Citizens Advise Bureau and many more. Brilliant place! My one & only key for an old mazda bongo snapped and I needed to get it sorted. Gentlemen here were very kind and polite as well as helpful, professional & competent. They also gave me more info and prices regarding other keyes I will need to get copies of soon. Very quick service & key was perfect 1st time even though it was twisted and in 2 pieces. We visited to get advice on providing security and ease of use for an elderly relative who was suffering from dementia and had on occasions locked her carers out and herself in. The staff were well versed in this scenario and supplied suitable door lock and advice on fitting. The price was very competitive, technical knowledge first class and service friendly, empathetic and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
