Critical: Responsiveness Phoned last Monday and was told I would get a phone call later as the guy wasn't in at that time to deal with as I needed a quote for 8 cameras and a full alarm system and still yet to receive very disappointed after reading reviews so have gone with Verisure instead

We've used A1 Security both at our previous property and again now we've moved and always had an excellent and very professional service from everybody. The guys who did the upgrade/install yesterday (all masked up as per COVID) were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We would like to say a huge thank you to Lewis for his outstanding job. We had CCTV and an alarm fitted. He was tidy, patient, professional and kind. Top bloke. He clearly knows his stuff. Hubby and I have not long moved into our new build and we are very protective of it and Lewis was very kind in talking me through each process and checking I was still happy with where everything was going.

On Wednesday the weather was dire, I was sweating buckets inside the house with fans blasting let alone poor lewis who was outside for most of it fitting the CCTV. How he didn't pass out I don't know, he truly worked hard. We won't hesitate to recommend you guys. And thank you to Nadine and Jackie for making all the paperwork etc so easy and the process from beginning to end so quick and efficient. We were also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable your price was. Thanks again.

A1 Security saved the day last Fri when we accidentally cut through the alarm cable running to the garage. It was obvious we were really worried as alarm went off twice and, bless them, they sent out a technician who worked wonders and rectified the problem.
