Lingwoods would have been a great company to work for its just a shame that they don't respect their staff and will give you less shifts if you cannot cover someone else's.

Joined LSM back in 1st October 21 when they got the Southern network rail project, since joined they have made my experiance easy and very supportive with my personal needs (when occurred) from my team in Sussex to everyone at Lingwood HQ everyone has been supportive and responsive when I have contacted them, LSM put me on training courses striaght away, when I have asked for additional courses they happily placed me on them without questions. Been with the company for a few months now and they already trust me to train new starters and assist with other duties to learn and progress within the company.

I must say they are layed back in a way of, if I have any problems or concerns I feel comfortable to contact any of the management team and not feel silly. As a company I can't say anything bad. LSM HQ are based up north but so often the CEO and other management team make the effort to come down and check in with the Southern teams which I think is very nice. (even though I missed the CEO visit last time) hopefully will meet him soon.

I can remember doing some work for Lingwood Security and had successfully experienced a great working environment not just with the team in the office but outside the office due to being a football steward and what a pleasure it was working at Lingwood Security I really enjoyed it.

Critical: Quality Not the greatest security firm on the market but they do try their very hardest. awful place to work. A lot of sleep goes on by most staff, they are still paying minimum wage which shows a lack of confidence in their staff it's a no from me.

I can't rate them for their security service but as a conscientious, responsible company that takes action on feedback or complaints, outstanding! I reported an incident with a driver in one of their company vehicles driving on a single track country lane while my friend and I were out horse riding. The MD contacted me personally, very apologetic and most importantly, took action to train their drivers and installed dash cams etc. I was so grateful for this and if only more businesses were so caring and responsible! I worked for Lingwood on 3 seperate assignments from 2016 - 2017. This resulted in me going to ACAS for advice and assistance regarding monies owed to me after I left. It was agreed that I was owed 392. Lingwood ignored Acas intervention and refused to pay this, despite having been sent our "agreement " by recorded post which was signed for by a Lingwood staff member. Even after me informing them I would take this matter further they ignored my correspondence. These people only use you and are "nice" when it benefits them.

Just applied for a security position, very unproffesional management. As they knew from the day one, since I applied that I live 40 minutes distance to the sitte (Really no issue with me). Just to tell me after 2 weeks that 40 minutes is way to long as a distance. Had to cancel another jobs just for the lack of this management. Don t reccomand

Worst company to possibly work for! 1) do not value staff 2) terrible manAgement that is hard to get a hold off 3) rookies! They sign in and out via a mobile phone number Your interview is taken in the back off a car, which is also used as an office to fill in forms! Joke of a company

Very good company understand people situations since I have been working for them. Hopefully they'll find more work closer to my home. Staff are pleasant. Always get payed on time. Also they respect your family situations when my partner was ill and taken into hospital they aloud me time off to look after my son not many security companies will allow that which was always helpful to me and my family. Only little thing is the area pay an hour but maybe it could change you never know.

Today is the last day of my temporary contract with this company. I have worked for many companies over the years but by far this has been the best. Management have always treated myself in a professional manner and not once has anyone tried to teach me to suck eggs. From interview right up until today they knew that I knew the job and did not need to micro manage but they have always been only a phone call away.

Should it have been needed (not that we ever really spoke). Pay was always on time and always accurate Working pattern was always somewhat flexible (As long as the site was covered) All in all this is by far the ONLY company to date that I would work for again. Should they get work in my area again.
