Purchased hikvision camera over 18 months ago. Recently changed broadband and they went offline. Called up and spoke to Naz who was super helpful and spent about 40/45 minutes talking me through everything. Me and my dad are not technical what so ever so we really appreciate the help and having so much patience with us over the phone.
