Called on a Friday night and came out Monday and fix the problem with the first time. job done right and will done.

Ive needed a few things this week and within 5 minutes the staff here has been able to get me sorted. The staff is timely and extremely professional. When I needed a key copied I was in and out in 3 minutes. Spend your money and time here as opposed to a large brand that only looks at you as a number. I would give more stars if that was an option!

Active Security has installed the following: video cameras, high security doors and locks, storefront glass and doors, automatic opening doors, emergency sensors and alarms, access control. These guys really know the technology and latest and greatest value products. Highly reccommend for property managers and homeowners!

Went in to the store today to get two keys duplicated! It was fast! The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond! He made the keys, he put the little key sleeves on for me, he helped me with my keychain and was very accommodating! It was a great experience!

Fantastic service all around. Julio was so welcoming, helpful, and professional. I came in and got my new set of keys within minutes! I highly recommend for anyone looking to make new keys or complete any lock relatedness services!

Julio was a great help. Had over 50 keys that needed to be made and he work under no sweat to get each key right for my company. Great place in Murray hill to get your keys made or any hardware pick ups!

This place is great and the owners Jon and David are super nice! I needed to change all the keys to my house and car because I lost my purse, everything worked out great! Definitely 5 stars for Plaza locksmith!

After contacting and talking to so many businesses and locksmiths around NYC I was about to give up on my hopes of having a fire escape window gate installed in my apartment. Literally 99% of all businesses were either trying to scam me or incredibly shady with their practices. I was very lucky to have found this business and was able to talk to Jonathan who was incredibly helpful, upfront, accommodating, and transparent in his services.

They will work with you, and most importantly, they work with a transparent ethic, as opposed to 99% of all other merchants of this kind in the city who are incredibly shady an have a large amount of unethical business practices.

Really enjoyed my visit to Plaza locksmith & Active Security. The guy behind the counter greeted me as I walk in. Made me feel welcomed, also the service was grate fast and easy. I had my car key replaced by Jonathan & it worked perfectly.
