Nova Alarms offer a wide range of electronic security systems including burglar alarms for the commercial and domestic markets, based in Dundee we cover a large area including Tayside, Fife, Angus and Perth. As members of the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) and the British Security Industry Association (BSIA), our intruder alarms are installed to comply with the highest standards and an NSI certificate of compliance is issued on completion of installation for each intruder alarm system.Our designers have the experience to put together a package to suit individual requirements wether it be a monitored or audible only alarms system.
Although audible alarm systems play a large part in deterring intruders, many of our domestic alarms and the majority of our commercial systems are monitored by our alarm receiving centre (ARC). The Police are notified as soon as the ARC receives a signal from an activated alarm system. Our ARC is approved by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) and the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) along with all regional police and fire services.It has been designed to withstand physical attack and power failures.

Rude staff and company and least empathetic ever to deal with. Took over a lease on a commercial business - no details on the alarm tried to get a disconnect in July - didn't happen, and even in a major power outage with a screaming alarm didn't call back - their response was their customers who have a contract were being dealt with and despite calls - ours were never logged.
It literally took 60 seconds to put in a code to stop it! As they knew we didn't have a contract they knew it wasn't a burglary but decided instead that people who had been without power for 70 hours would have to wait even longer to have the incessant noise stopped! I was trying to serve coffee to local residents who had had no heat, power or warm food or drinks in three days - but they had to have it with a screaming alarm. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

MOST RUDE COMPANY EVEN THE RECEPTION STAFF literally had my systems down for 6 months was waiting for a service and called every other week only to be shouted at and had the phone shut in my face as soon as i'll mention my name. Nova Alarms LTD do not care about their clients and due to my system being down i was burgled and now insurance won't cover my expenses cheers guys
