I will take this opportunity to say how impressed I have been with your attention thus far. The consultant who visited in the first instance was very professional and showed me the utmost respect, whilst at the same time explaining to me the ins and outs of the system. The two engineers who came to fit the alarm were also very professional and respectful.
Working for Electro Guard is challenging yet immensely rewarding which is demonstrated through our very high staff retention rates with low turnover. 27/12/2021 - Called because of a bogus alarm. The service Engineer Phil called me back, asked a few questions - then arrived 20 minutes later to establish the fault. He wore all of his PPE, was excellent and efficient - job done in 30 minutes. Great service - thank you Phil and Electroguard. Phil is a credit to your business. MikeP

Not recommended for HMO fire alram checks. This company charge about 120 for annual checks. They come in once a year, sometimes a month or two later than they're due, and spray each alarm then certify that it's working. When the system fails, because they had neglected to make certain checks, they charge you 50 for an inspection to assess what's wrong and then quote you full price for a new alarms.

When you point out to them that their guidelines state that the system actually needs 6 monthly checks and the council confirms this, they tell you that they have done the job for years and they know best. Compare this with an independent electrician, who comes out checks the fire alarms, does the PAT testing and emergency lights for under 100.
