Discrasful company. Have been inside there building attending a corse provided by mission training. I had parked in there carpark the whole week previous with no issue, there was ample spaces but my car was blatently blocked in by a member of staff. I waited nearly 40 minutes for them to remove it and in that time i was aproached by a ville woman who was in Right guard uniform.
She said How dare you park here its our carpark. I explained i had paid a large ammount of money to atend the corse and due to there being no signage in the car park i wasnt aware that i should not have parked in the carpark. The lady was unnessaserily rude and agressive, as someone who works in the security industry it is her job to resolve conflict not start it. when i told her that as a company that conducts traffic managment operations they should be aware of the need for adequate sighnage she became more agressive and i had to tell her to leave me alone. Will never be using there serves again
