We've had our alarm cared for by Minster for a couple of years now despite it not being installed by them originally they have taken it on, sorted out a lot of the glitches we had and have always been friendly and helpful to us. Always on the end of a phone to answer a question and have never failed to fix the fault.

On Bank Hoiday Sunday an electrician fixing a garage light swith off at the mains as the fuse was not labelled. Every minute or so the alarm went off. Jamie at Minster looked up our system, gave the specialist engineer's mobile, he answered quickly. He would come after the job he was on or I could follow his instructions. I did at the control box and after a few minutes, as he had said, it worked. Both me were calm, knowledgeable, effective and efficient, pleasant at all times too. I could not have had a better service. My family's heartfelt thanks.

Many years of excellent service from this firm. I like the fact that they seem to try their best to solve issues over the phone, talking you through possible solutions, rather than come straight out at the cost of a call out. Looking at upgrading our system soon and Minster Alarms are still the best value for the great level of service.
