Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted, I got them round as a trusted alarm company to review the original house alarm (which happened to be Gem Alarms). At first very helpful but upon the start of the installation I was told that I had no power to the alarm and that he will get his "electrician mate" to sort out the issue. Maybe little to his knowledge I am a experience electrician and when I confronted him that the power was fine I had no reply and he vanished with no explanation. Maybe I am wrong but I feel like he was conning me for extra unnecessary work. I did give him opportunity to explain. Not happy.
