I have traded with this company for more years than I care to admit. We have one of their alarms, and ours was destroyed in a fire, their response was immediate, they had a man there, sadly not to rectify the problem but to sell me a wireless system as my current system or spares were apparently no longer available. I appreciate that companies have to make a profit to survive.,.,

We used Lynx for our large house where we lived and ran our catering business. They installed an excellent alarm system and thereafter looked after it for around 25 years. I strongly recommend them for everything from their quality equipment to their great service. I was delighted to discover they cover a wide area so can now use them at our new address.

We already had 4x cctv cameras, a burglar alarm which consists of a door sensor and 3 room sensors. The company we used before lynx was shocking and we needed a service. We have heard of lynx before and contacted them. They replied quickly and booked us in. The man that came out was very friendly, and respected our property (took his shoes off when I asked him to put shoe covers on).
Big thumbs up for that. He reset our alarm system as the old one was all confusing. He talked through it with us. He replaced all batteries in sensors. Even increased the sensitivity in all sensors so they get set off quicker. Very good customer service.they were quick to respond to any querys. Would recommend them. Thanks!

I phoned in the morning to tell lynx about my problem of my alarm going off 3 times the previous early hours, they said they were very busy but would try and fit me in a in a week but they phoned me back the same day about 16-30 and said an engineer was finishing a job near me and could be with me about 17-00 hrs. He promptly turned up checked my alarm all out serviced it fitted a new battery which turned out to be the main reason for failure.
I would like to add that the alarm is 29 years old and this is the first time that it has needed attention. Excellent service, excellent staff, would not have anybody else for any security services.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish from my first contact through to survey, quote and installation. I was very impressed every step of the way. The office staff are polite and knowledgable and really helpful. There were no pushy sales techniques and the installation engineer was professional and left no mess at all. Very competitive prices and I have already recommended Lynx to friends and family and to date they have now completed 3 installations to family and the service as always been the same.

Superb service all round. I was impressed by the speed of response to my initial email and the engineer being able to do a survey off paper plans. 3 weeks later, Peter installed the alarm system very quickly and talked through how to use it. He was incredibly friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
