I recently had Cambs Lock & Safe Ltd replace the spring in a Victorian door lock. This was done very quickly and at a very fair price. Being inquisitive I then tried opening the lock to see how the repair had been undertaken, when (of course) the whole lock exploded in my face! Rather shame-facedly I returned the next day to ask if the young man could rebuild the lock mechanism for me again. He did this with great patience and good humour and without charge. What excellent service!
