Absolutely poorly managed company. Management. the worst I've come across. Staff not treated with respect from management. I've known a few people working here and always complained about how they have been managed. Would not recommend to anyone to work for this company.

London Security services Security is a fantastic company that is extremely supportive of their employees. They take care of their staff and put their welfare into consideration. The management team was a pleasure to work with. They are approachable and dealt with any issues I had promptly and on time. Deleted me from their records without any letter or anything. Unprofessional, and will stab you in the back. Laying you off without reason or informing you. My loyalty towards them was disrespected. So they only deserve a 1 star from me.

Not very professional, force you to take services beyond your requirements and then over charge you. Security guards are not very professional, taking time off in the middle of duty leaving you unprotected. I would not recommend them if you run a business at least.

Absolutely crazy people working here. First of all they are all one team that pick on their clients. I will start from here. I joined them in March. Everything was fine. However it started from my wages being paid on the day late evening which is crazy then. They took my uniform money and didn't provide my uniform. Then when I rang the following month regarding my pay there is a rood receptionist called chloe.

Clearly intoxicated and shouting on the phone. Which is so u professional. Then the HR woman Linda I told her and she decided to defend her. No1 even told me on induction there is a 50 penalty for cancelling your shift. This company is crazy and should be monitored by authorities. They torture there security officers. One name also in mind is daisy who is another aggressive lady.

Please bre in mind I am a female and just got my badge 2019 and this is how they treated a new commer. The funniest thing out of everything is that the HR manager Linda said she will sue me if I leave a bad review. This is her email she sent me "I appreciate that you have worked a lot of shifts for LSS and must remind you that as part of your contract of employment you are bound by a confidentiality agreement, therefore if you do go to Social Media we will have no option but to take legal action." Haha Linda stop scaring me!

Anyway guys this is the most corrupt agency. If anyone wants to join DM me first and I will show you much evidence that you wouldn't ever want to to work with these people Bye bye! They provide security services for individuals & companies.that is to say, for their homes and offices. Staff are very polite and professional.
