Our printer had been ordered by someone who has now left so I was starting from zero knowledge. Staff have been really patient and friendly explaining the most basic functions to me. We had to send the machine for repair and that was done very quickly. Now up to speed printing lots of cards! Thank you.

Terrible after sales service. They'll sell you an expensive machine and then when you find it doesn't work well with Apple laptops / desktops and ask for support ONLY THEN do they tell you that they will only provide product support you if you use Microsoft based systems. Disgraceful in this day and age. Avoid this company at all costs if you use Apple computers.
