Polite, professional and approachable. Not only was attendance to my property incredibly quick, John even arrived early! Each option or query that I had asked about on windows and doors etc were explained in detail which provided me with a better ability to choose the best solution. The fee was reasonable and work very clean and tidy. Most importantly with a business or organisation that deals with locks and assisting in securing your premises, I felt that John was honest and trust worthy.

Extremely helpful and professional service. The service I received was first class, a rarity these days but this company are superb. Like most people that need a locksmith it was an emergency for us, John gave us some valuable advice over the phone before arriving at the house and had the broken key removed in a flash. He also adjusted the catch and lubricated the mechanism to make sure the door was in optimum condition.

He even produced an engineer's report to help us recover the cost of the call out, which I might add was lower than you would expect! I'll be recommending ASAP Locksmiths to everyone!
