I am working as security officer and happy with good work environment at Kingdom. Its mix of experienced motivated and young energetic team members at RBH READING help and support organisation, protect staff, patients & visitors from any hazards, risk or threats. I enjoy working with my seniors as they are helpful in improving my skills and knowledge to get the better results faster. One of the best companies I have worked for always respected by colleagues, Management communicate well to their staff and always try make sure you get the amount of hours you want weekly. Recognised for the work you do which is rare in this industry. Very professional and courteous staff overall a briliant company to work for.

Started working for Kingdom in 2018 as a retail Security guard, great company first class area Manager Jim jamieson always at the other end Of the phone to sort out any problems.

This is a straightforward review for the worst company I ever worked for. Their managers are like jockers, won't respond to mails and messages and rude to guards one especially covering Wigan area. You cannot get connected to control and always engaged, when you get connected they are absolute rude as well. They do not have floaters to cover holiday and completely depending on Agency SSG for covering.

When you come back after holiday contract might be gone because of SSG guard. One of the Guard was regularly sleeping during night and when reported by the client they didn't do any thing and kept the same guard at site and because of that contact gone. When they get new contract they normally employ SSG guards and don't even bother to advertise to get company Guard, in some sites 100% of them are agency guards for years.

Uniform they supply is like that of Handyman/Service Engineer. One good thing is that they pay in time. They got many hard haulier warehouse security like that of Wincanton. Do not go if they offer job for haulier security like that of Wincanton because it is deadly busy and you cannot even go to toilet or eat your food. One more thing if you finish your shift please please do not wait for next Guard, If you waiting for next Guard they might or might not turn up.

After waiting 2 hours for the next Guard most probably New Agency guard you may have to train him as well or prepare for a fight with him. It seems they got too much money and contact and don't bother about business. They do not provides essentials such as torch, site phone etc.

No company will appreciate you for what you are doing. I have had responsible jobs in the past and they were set on using the skills you have got without any further support. At least this one is supporting their employees greatly. Happy to work for them.

I started working for Kingdom Healthcare in 2017 as a Healthcare Assistant, shortly after I was promoted to Assistant Domiciliary coordinator, this was my role until March 2021 when I left the company to try my hand at other work, I missed my role, my clients and my front line staff and returned Feb 22 as Domiciliary coordinator I am excited too see what else I can achieve within a company who will push me out of my comfort zone and support me to do better I can honestly say I am happy to be a part of the Kingdom family

Great company to work for. All of the staff are energetic, enthusiastic and reflect the work ethos of the Kingdom Group. In my time with the team I have found them courteous and considerate when dealing with queries and enquiries and very supportive of colleagues - a dynamic company to be part of.

I wouldn't recommend working for Kingdom services group. I was on time at every single shift did my job and even got thanked by Morrisons for how I talked to people. Had an incident where someone said something, took what i said out of context and complained to Morrisons. One of the other guards who has innapropriately touched staff, did body searches on customers and all sorts of stuff is still there and I had to leave because of how I was treated.

Even my manager who I worked with under Cordant, and someone I respected didn't even step up to back me up and sack the other guard. I resigned because of disproportionate treatment. Don't work for them don't do anything with them. If they taken over the contract, walk and walk quickly
