Unable to secure Conservatory door. My Mother was unable to lock her Conservatory door. We called Amber locks and were impressed with their service from the very beginning. Lee called us shortly after we'd made our original call. He was there almost immediately and was very professional from the off. Lee explained everything to us throughout and was clearly there until the issue was fixed.

He used systematic processes to establish the problem and left us with a lock that works perfectly. Lee even got us both to try the door to make sure we could operate it. Terrific service. Had lost the keys to an old car roof box. Tried all the replacement key sites with no luck. Didn't want to put so much plastic in the recycling site. Lee was welcoming and amazingly patient trying everything to open it but I left it there to be carefully drilled out without damaging the locking mechanism. A new lock inserted by the locksmith who I never met. So grateful. Thank you!
