Brilliant place had a useless bike key and they managed to cut a replacement highly recommended

I popped into the shop late on a Friday afternoon, was going to ask a question to go back on Monday, the chap, said no bother and did my replacement key for me there and then. The customer service was exemplary, the car key is almost identical to the branded one, but was literally a third of the price. Fantastic find, and will use them going forward for all doors and lost keys. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend

I had a bit of a weird request, but Pete was able to sort me out. The only minor let down was that the replacement key wasn't as nice as my original VW key - but that's just me being picky. Overall, great service at a reasonable price. Particularly happy with Pete's communication, he let me know that I needed to call in advance as he may have to nip out for an emergency call. Would definitely recommend.

My Ford Kuga fob failed, unable to unlock or lock but once in by key hidden in fob casing car started (push button). Changed fob battery, still not working. Alcester Locks sorted the problem after various tests. Conclusion.poor connections.adjusted the battery All carried out whilst I waited. Fantastic 5 star service. Thoroughly recommend.

Great service. Great price. Friendly guys. I had to get a new battery for my car key as it didn't work. There were two options: Be left stranded 45 minutes away from home or have to travel with the car alarm going off intermittently. The latter I didn't want. Thanks for your help

First time I called, he advised me to see if GT-85 (3) would sort it rather than go in and fork more money over to him. Ultimately needed to go in, dreading paying hundreds for a new car remote. 66 lighter, it's all good! Highly recommended

Needing a replacement for a broken car key, I telephoned and found that they could do it on the spot if I went in to their office. The chap who provided and fitted a new case for the key was quick, helpful and friendly and checked that it worked OK on my car before I paid. The cost was very reasonable and about 20% of what I would have paid for a replacement key from my normal car supplier. I would certainly go back to them if I should need locksmith services in the future and would happily recommend them.
