Type 1491 Security turnstiles have been externally tested, approved and accredited to LPS1175: Issue 8, certificate 1572 and can be found in the Red Book. You will need to search for turnstiles. The double units in the turnstile range are comprehensive, encompassing A1(SR1)-C5(SR3) rated turnstiles with straight bar rotors.

Having had a tour of the facilities and seeing for myself the process from initial concept to finished article, I was impressed the with quality of design and manufacture of the various products, which benefit from an enthusiastic staff and management and in-house quality control. Time spent on site shows how good the relationships are between Clarkes as the manufacturer, installer and maintainer with their various distributors and clients. These guys have been in business for over 20 years and they clearly know what they are doing.
