Services
Ace Safes (UK) ltd is a well trusted, independent safe company with over 47 years experience of moving, installing and relocating safes and vaults. We have worked for many prestigious clients around the UK, including Harrods, Chanel, Pandora & The Bank Of England. New clients to call upon our services are Turtle Bay Restaurants, Pure Gym, Brewdog Brewery & AFC Bournemouth.
We've had a very busy week at Ace reconditioning various safes to complete orders for our customers. A reconditioned safe should be refurbished to the British Standard BS7582-2005, which will ensure it. A crew of 4 were needed to move this 2 tonne jeweller's safe from one shop storeroom to another, further down the High Street.
Most safes on our site can be purchased online. There may be times when certain safes are only available to purchase over the phone. When ordering a safe whether new or used, there are many factors to consider regarding the delivery and installation of the safe and therefore we would prefer to talk to you directly to ensure a perfect service from order to delivery.

After trying numerous other companies who were unable to provide the full service we required. Ace Safes were incredibly efficient and user friendly. With very knowledgeable staff and were able to get our company out of a particularly tight situation, and for that we are very thankful. Would highly recommend. Absolutely delighted with Ace Safes (UK) Ltd. From the time the enquiry was made to the delivery being made, everything was handled exceptionally well by professionals who were extremely friendly and courteous. Debbie was an absolute star with her assistance in accommodating our requirements and kept us informed every step of the way, right down to the delivery being made. Lloyd who made the delivery was equally a delight and thoroughly complemented the service we were provided with.
If there was a 6 star button, this would have been pressed without hesitation. I will definitely be recommending this company and for those reading this review, from our own experience you will be looked after by those who really know the products they sell. Keep up the good work team and thank you again!

We had a really heavy safe to remove. I called up Ace Safes and spoke to Debbie, she was kind and offered the support we needed. I sent photos of the safe and she could tell me all the details and the weight straight away. We checked the dimensions of the doors and weight of the lift and booked in the collection. The driver came a few days later and without a struggle he took away the 350kg safe. He had all the tools and was kind and respectful. Thanks for coming to help.

It seems this company has come a long way since its last review here in 2012. I've used Ace Safes many times in the last couple of years from buying new safes to having them relocated. They have always provided an efficient, friendly service and their installation team is one of the best I've come across. I would thoroughly recommend giving them a call, and they seem to be able to provide their service anywhere in the UK!

Here's my complaint email to [email protected], about what happened when they moved two safes for me this week. I've sent it twice but they have not replied. Note that they came in a standard hire van and I saw no specialist equipment. "I am very unhappy with the way that my safes were moved (1) Your workers claimed to be unaware that I needed the safes unbolting/bolting to the floor, although I specified this in writing (2) They did not come with adequate equipment - only one socket set when they really needed several sets, to be sure of coping with the different types of standard bolt likely to be found in the UK. (3) They could not unfasten one of my safes, because of the above.
The only way to proceed was to rip the safe from the floor, using a crowbar, leaving my floor damaged. (4) While moving the safes, one of them reached *under* a 100kg safe with his entire hand, while it was help up by his colleague leaning on the crowbar. I can't emphasise enough how dangerous this was - one slip and he would have been disabled. (5) At the destination, they had nothing to mark on the floor where holes should be drilled.
I lent a market pen. (6) They drilled holes for one of the safes, but did not brush away the debris around the drill bit. The result was that a lot of it went back down the hole, when the drillbit was removed and then when the safe was pushed back into position. It will need re-drilling to clear the hole. (7) They did not have any bolts/matching sockets to fasten the safe into the two holes. (8) They did not even try to fasten the other safe.
So neither safe is fixed down. Please explain how the above arose. Please confirm that your health and safety rules include never reaching under an unpropped safe and that workers will be be formally warned/reminded. Please confirm that you will check your training procedures, because brushing away spoil after drilling is pretty basic stuff. The work that I paid for has not been completed - please propose a course of action to resolve this."
