Moved into property and the alarm was beeping loudly every 5 mins. Was told it would that over A MONTH for someone to come and power down the system. they wouldnt tell me how to disable the beeping myself. Having to endure a BEEP every 5mins was horrible! Hated being in my own home. Eventually a cancellation meant the job was done sooner. Engineer only needed 2mins to do the job yet I was charged over 120 quid. Ripoff.

I have been with Absolute Alarms since 2017 when they were referred to me by another family member. Keith recently came to carry out my annual maintenance service. He was extremely helpful, resolving a couple of small issues that had occurred intermittently & also pointing out system improvements that had come into effect during the last 12 months. I have had an alarm for 4 years and have been very pleased with it and the app which allows me to monitor the situation at home. The engineer Keith was very helpful, arrived as planned and was clearly very knowledgeable. He serviced the alarm was efficient explaining the situation and what if anything needed doing. I would highly recommend Absolute Alarms.

Keith is very competent and was very helpful and friendly and explained many things, regarding the alarm system. We have now had Absolute Alarms for 10 years and have a police monitored alarm system. The system has been excellent and have had no false activations which is breath of fresh air as previous alarm in our old house constantly went off. The alarm is serviced twice year and we have a good rapport with the engineers that come Keith comes most of the time and he is very friendly knowledgeable and thorough with his work. Would recommend absolute alarms to anyone that wanted a efficient working system with friendly support.

We've been with Absolute alarms for 5 years and always found them extremely easy to deal with. They were the only company who seemed to care about our security and bespoke positioning of sensors when we initially got quotes from alarm suppliers. All the engineers that come out to maintain our alarm are friendly and knowledgeable and the engineers over the phone are able to fix any small issues remotely as all the alarm systems are accessible from the cloud. Never had any problems and would highly recommend.
