This seems to be sort of scam operation. They ask for your all documents passport, NI number etc, they take copies of them. They tell you they'll contact you later to start work and you never hear back from them. Call the telephone number provided and you get to nobody. This is my experience with these people. AVOID, IT'S A RECRUITMENT SCAM.

One of worst security company's ever going Never worked for them had 2 interviews I was assured by Lee Wilson one of the ops manager's what absolutely waste of time this guy is clueless. He assured me this particular site was ready and had a position for Mon-Fri vacancy which never happened was due to meet the client, supervisor, for interview. opps manager didn't even arranged interview like he said he would absolutely full of lies. Guy's only take up positions with this company if your absolute desperate for a job other than that stay away from them.

Guys working in control room for Ward security are stressing out site security officers and taking disciplinary action enforced on them over check calls, Officers have been working on site over 10 years there was no problem with clients. Soon as Ward security tu p over there was no client issues even previously from records but internally they had unproffesional controllers causing disstress and getting them into trouble which is really unfair & absolutely disgusting, they need their senior management to sort thid and have a look into this so officers can continue to work in peace. #betterdays@work

Does not seem to understand the concept of a zero hours contract. Offering 'permanent' contract means exactly that. Offering 55hrs pw only until the client decides not to renew with ward is Not permanent. It is zero hours because you are not guaranteeing the same hours elsewhere. If you lose the contract, I lose my job. That's zero hours. If you guarantee me 55hrs pw regardless if you lose a contract, that's permanent.

I have been working for Ward Security for 6 months as a security dog handler. I have been impressed by their professionalism and their dedication to both their customers and employees alike. The training and support provided is excellent. With this company you are not just a number. I have been working for Ward Security full-time (More than 3 years) Its been wonderful to be a part of the company. The people are all super nice and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect. Ambitious and energetic company with real opportunities. Management always listen to your needs and trying to help with. Great place to work with. Highly recommend this company.
