We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. We contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and, on Friday morning, at 11 am prompt as arranged, two very friendly people duly turned up and introduced themselves as Andy and James, They helped us make the final decision as to the best position for the safe and then worked quickly and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess. We would heartily recommend them for any security needs.

I chose this company because of their professional approach as soon as I contacted them Scott came today to undertake two lock changes, however one was door needed more than a lock change. Scott diligently carried out the work, at no extra cost, and I now have a door that not only locks but is hung properly. Fantastic service even came out same day as I was worried about the safety of my home after a load of break in round our area of Hazel Grove. All doors upgraded to anti snap systems and can see by the quality of the keys alone that we have upgraded our security locks etc. Can't reccomend them enough. Called on their services late Wednesday night, and they arrived following morning promptly on our request. The price is befitting of a good quality service in times of need. My home is now much more secure, and the door is working better than the day it was installed. They offered a range of options, we went for the more robust and secure option, and you can certainly notice the difference.
The door was also re-hung and the whole system is a vast improvement on the original door suppliers locks and mechanisms. Many thanks CL&S Ltd. My wife feels much more confident with the security.

I'm new to the area so found City Lock & Safe via the GMP website. Called on Wednesday with a non emergency issue, really helpful on the phone & arranged an appointment for Friday. Scott the engineer called ahead to give an arrival time. Amazing customer service, all covid safe etc. Can't recommend highly enough - thank you.

I called out city lock and safe to attend to a faulty door lock at my elderly parents house. Scott who turned up was excellent. He had all necessary parts on his van and did a thorough job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and advised on general effectiveness of other locks. Nothing was too much trouble. He didn't even want a brew! I would definitely recommend and use this firm again.

I arranged for them to put new locks in my Mums house several months ago and they were excellent. Decided to get 3 new locks for my house to upgrade. Just had Scott round to replace our locks and really couldn't be happier with the service. He not only sorted out the lock we wanted replacing but on noticing an unrelated issue with the door mechanism, he took the time to investigate, diagnose the problem and replaced the missing components needed to fix it. Wouldn't accept any extra payment for his time and went on to help and advise about other general security issues we had. First time we've used City Lock & Safe but it won't be the last. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from quote to works completed. James and Scott were polite, professional and very helpful. We had both our locks changed as we have just moved in. Went in this afternoon with my son to purchase a couple of new locks for his front door. Took the old ones with us for comparison. Being used to poor customer service on a daily basis from other companies I was immediately impressed by the excellent service and advice offered by a very pleasent advisor who even changed the direction of the catch for us.
