We've worked with Alert for around a year now, they've completed a large CCTV installation and subsequently some further additional jobs. We've always found them to be helpful, friendly and responsive. If you're looking for a CCTV solution, I'd have no hesitation in recommending the team at Alert

Alert have provided us with a great CCTV solution, and we have experienced great customer service from Chris and his team.

Had the engineer Chris chuggins round to give a quote. The quote included details of the cameras in the brochure so I looked them up the were 40 cheaper per camera on ebay I needed 20. I emailed to ask questions regarding the quote but email responses would say, I'll send you a quote tomorrow which never came. I called the office a few times, Chris always had gone home before 3.30pm or was unavailable.

The lady in the office was particularly rude saying their equipment could nt be bought online which is a total lie and said they wouldn't be able to install for over 2 weeks any way. I obviously decided to go elsewhere. They may or may not be a good company we'll never really know but whatever you do, don't question their overly expensive quote.

Mark was a great guy. I didn't have very good experience with some other staff but Mark was brilliant. He's been very helpful, dedicated and sorted our issues out asap. The quality of the cameras were top notch and price was very reasonable.

Great service, great customer care, good communication and hassle free installation. We're delighted with everything that Alert CCTV Systems have done to help us improve security at our community centre.
