Response was fantastic phoned at 9.30 was told would be sometime today which was great. Nick arrived at 10.50 we were delighted with response, replace faulty parts and left at 11.10am wow what a fab service. Thanks so much MK Security. Would definitely recommend this business.

Phoned 9.15 this morning with a problem with an alarm problem. Engineer left at 10am after fitting a six new batteries to the system. This was the holiday period so the company was closed and replacing batteries is not considered an emergency. BUT they came out and sorted inside of an hour. That is what I call service.

Good value, excellent product. So easy to use with the App. Everyone was brilliant from quotation to installation. I would highly recommend MK Security.

Person who came to evaluate was very nice and explained everything in detail catering to our needs than trying to sell us extra. Booked in for a Burglar Alarm service. Went round all the sensors and panel and told me it wasn't working and the new sensors weren't working but wiring was ok so would just need to fully replace and upgrade the system instead as current system was not salvagable/repairable (have the email to prove it) at 700inc VAT. I smelled a rat so said no thanks and paid 150 for "callout" and replacement battery (which was over 5yrs old).

Full replacement sounded odd as was working fine before the new sensors went in and was serviced 12mths previously so contacted another company for 2nd opinion (AMCO Security Ltd) who specialise in Texecom systems. Took them 20mins to make entire system work again inc reordering the alarm zones into chronological order and told me what had been wrong with the "new sensors" (wiring was fine but just set up wrong) and how to change another 2 old sensors that are sun bleached. 20mins and 79! Needless to say I will be using AMCO for all my future security needs.

Mk Security installed a cctv system for me. Prompt response to my initial request for a survey and thorough consultation to assess my needs. Very reasonable quote and time frame for installation. Extremely happy with team who installed, tidy work and explained how everything worked before they finished. Have found the system easy to use, good clear quality both night and day feels much safer now.

Overall experience was great, After sale service is very efficient. It would be excellent if dont have following issues but Its kind of product issue not the MK security. They Installed security panel Visonic GT64. The unit is making humming noises from day 1 and its very irritating to the ears. Being advised by their engineer that its by design so we have to put it far end of the house.

I had a fault with my alarm box and the installer refused to come out unless I entered into a contract. MK Security had it fixed within a few hours of the first call. Clean, efficient service.
