I cannot thank Bath Lock and Key enough. We arrived in Bath in our motorhome and promptly locked the vehicle keys in the storage area. We contacted Bath Lock and Key, who attended within half an hour and gained entry to the van, retrieving the keys. They did this by some magic lock picking and without causing any damage whatsoever and within seconds!

This saved us having to force the lock and then try and replace it, which I know would have been a very expensive and time consuming process Professional and courteous throughout, the two gents that turned up have seriously saved the holiday! Thank you!

My Thule roof box key snapped in the lock. I have been contacting Thule and various other people for weeks with no luck trying to get this fixed. I was wary of contacting a locksmith due to potential high costs. In the end I decided to contact Bath Lock and Key to see if they could help. In 10 minutes they had extracted the broken key and for 20. A new box (which was my only other solution) would have been in excess of 150. Couldn't be happier. Great service. Many thanks.

Started a panicked text dialogue on Saturday morning even though the shop was closed and was delighted to get a response. I then carried on texting to the poor man who had been good enough to respond on his day off! As a result, by Monday morning, lock had been sorted, numerous keys supplied and my heart rate back to normal! It has been a fantastic service from start to finish with everyone involved being pleasant, polite and professional. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all!

Top service. Timpsons couldnt do me a key for 7 pounds. They tried 4 times (for free of course). Then refunded me. Went Bath lock and keys. They charged me 1/2 : 3,50. And were successfull the first time. Cannot fault. Highly recommend.

Popped in to get 6 keys cut (30) haven't a clue if that's a good price or not. Anyway, when I arrived about 3pm ish, only one other customer. No kidding I stood for 20 minutes without being noticed. A " I'll be with you shortly" would have been nice. The guy came out a few times to talk to the only customer and never even glanced at me. Anyway, I stuck it out.

To be honest, I'm not interested in management feedback about being short staffed, training, busy in the workshop etc. Some pretty basic customer services training is needed. All in all, I was in there for well over a hour (check your CCTV), no updates on how long it will take, no mention of pricing. Disconnect the bleeper on the door, no one came out to me for at least 20 minutes, same with the other two customers who came in. Keys fitted perfectly, but I will not be returning.

I see a couple of grudge reviews here and so I'm happy to set the record straight. We use Bath Lock & Key for all lock repairs on our managed rental properties (Wild & Lye on Bathwick Street). They are always efficient, courteous and reasonably priced.

Needed a new front door lock so contacted BL&K. Was treated courteously and respectfully, and the job was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss, and at a more than fair price. Can't recommend these guys enough. Many thanks.

Shocking. Do not trust. Turned up without my confirming, stated to my wife they had been booked and charged 80 to change a 9 Yale cylinder (not even full lock) before I knew they were even there. DO NOT USE.

I don't usually leave reviews but am so grateful to Bath Lock and Key who, at very short notice came and rescued me. I had an important meeting in my studio and couldn't get in, but they sorted it quick sharp and price was very reasonable! Impressed at service given.
