I have just put in another order for Supra c500 Key safe This key safe is sturdy and good value for money it is easy to set the code and install (either by a DIY person or there is a service for installation) I moved house and started with a new one and now using it for where I do voluntary work to help house spare keys

Just received another telephone from this company. After telling us last week there was no fault, they have now decided there is actually a fault with the keysafe and would send a replacement but not a refund! (Not that a replacement is any good to me as we have already replaced it with another model - wouldn't trust using one of there's again they are too unreliable).
The keysafe was purchased in February & the fault reported in October - 8 months use. I purchased an expensive keysafe assuming it would work longer than that. They should have tested the keysafe properly before contacting me to say there was nothing wrong with it the first time. I'll wait & see how long the replacement takes to arrive!

Purchased key safe for our caravan and it was fine for 7 months. Then it stopped locking so our guests were unable to use the key safe. After telephoning the company we were given instructions on things to try to solve the issue & advised to send it back if it didn't work. After a 3.5hour drive to the caravan, the key safe would still not work no matter what we tried, so had no option but to send the item back to the manufacturer & asked for a refund (as we have had to place another key safe on the caravan in the meantime to ensure the smooth running of the rentals.) Key Safe Company are refusing to refund saying they can be a bit temperamental but there's nothing wrong with it.
For the price I paid I don't expect a temperamental key safe I expect one that will work every time to ensure our renters can get into the caravan. A temperamental key safe is no good to anyone. Not at all happy & out of pocket.

Key safe arrived within a couple of days. We used the fitting service which was very efficient. The safe arrived on the Friday and was fitted on the Monday. The fitter was prompt, professional and gave us advice on where best to fit it. He only took a few minutes to fit the safe and cleared up when he had finished.

The C500 Keysafe is a fantastic bit of kit. Heavy, well made and looks very strong. Much better than the cheaper alternatives. The delivery time was very quick and it was well packed. It was easy to install with good precise instructions. Setting the code was also very easy. Peace of mind for 70, money well spent I think.
